Bookings

How do I book an oche?

Head to the Oche Hire page (/oche-hire), pick a date and duration, tap an open slot on any lane and follow the prompts to pay. We hold your slot for 10 minutes while you finish checkout.

Can I book without an account?

Bookings need an account so we can email you the confirmation, manage cancellations and apply your membership discount if you have one. Sign-up takes about a minute.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made 24+ hours before your slot are refunded automatically from your account page. Inside 24 hours, drop us a line and we'll do what we can.

How long are sessions?

1-hour slots are 55 minutes of play with a 5-minute changeover, 2-hour slots are 110 minutes. We start on the hour.

How many people per lane?

Up to four players for the standard lanes and up to six on the larger group lanes. The booking widget caps the player count to suit the lane you pick.

Membership

What does Board Membership get me?

20% off every oche hire, priority booking ahead of the public window, 5% off the pro shop, free re-strings and flight checks twice a year, and loyalty rewards on regular bookings.

Is membership a contract?

No, it's rolling monthly. Cancel any time from your account page before the next billing date.

How are loyalty rewards earned?

Every five paid lane bookings, your account is automatically credited with a code for a free 1-hour lane. Codes show up under My Account → Loyalty.

Private hire & events

Can I hire the venue privately?

Yes, for parties, corporate events, team and league hire, or full-venue takeovers. Use the form on the Private Hire page (/private-hire) and we'll come back inside one working day with a tailored quote.

Do you do food?

Cold food buffet or pizzas, scaled to your group. Vegetarian and dietary options available, just let us know in the enquiry form.

How do I sign up to a tournament or event?

Browse upcoming nights on the Events page (/events), pick one, and follow the booking flow. Your tickets show up under My Account once you're paid.

Visiting

Where are you?

71 Crouch Street, Colchester CO3, two minutes from the bus station and five from the Town Centre car park. See the Contact page (/contact) for a map and walking directions.

What are your opening times?

Mon–Thu: 11am–5pm, Fri: 11am–10pm*, Sat: 9am–10pm*, Sun: 10am–4pm. Friday and Saturday evenings depend on bookings, give us a call if you're planning a late one.

Do I need my own darts?

No, we have house darts at the bar. If you bring your own, great, the boards take all standard tips.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, we're family friendly throughout opening hours. We stock a variety of snacks and soft drinks alongside the bar selection.

Is the venue accessible?

Step-free access at street level. If you have specific needs, drop us a line on the Contact page and we'll talk through what works best for your visit.

How do I reset my password?

Use the Forgot password link (/forgot-password) on the sign-in page. We'll send a reset email.

How do I update my details?

From My Account (/account), scroll to the Profile section. Change your name, phone, or date of birth and click save.
